This is a switch that makes it so you can limit your speed either factory or unlocked. To install you will need to connect both ends of the brown wire that you will need to cut then you will attach the 2 wires with crimps, tape, spade connectors and much more for me I cut a hole in the side plastics to mount but you can leave it in the wiring area or do what I did.
